INFORMATION FOR CONFIRMED EXHIBITORS
A complete guide and order forms will be issued to confirmed exhibitors in January.

Coffee breaks and buffet luncheons will take place in the trade show hall. There is a delegate reception with cash bar scheduled on Tuesday.
Exhibitors are encouraged to have on display, one item that can be discussed for approximately five minutes for the educational component of the Walking Classroom.

Booth Size: All booths are 10’ wide x 10’ deep

(the trade show hall is carpeted)
Cancellation Policy: Please note that a refund (less a $50 cancellation fee) will be issued for cancellations received, in writing, no later than February 27, 2012. There will be no refunds after this date.
Internet Connection: If you require an internet connection at your booth, please complete the relevant section of the Exhibitor Registration Form. Cost: $84.00 + GST
Trade Show Contractors: Please note that the Hyatt Regency Calgary will not accept advance delivery of trade show materials. Exhibitors wishing to ship their materials in advance or store their packing materials during the show should contact the trade show contractors, GES Canada [403.243.2212]. There will be a fee for this service.
* This show is open to School attendees only. There will be no exhibitor passes issued for this Show. If you have any staff wishing to attend the Show, in addition to the two complimentary registrations, they should register as full School attendees.
